We picked this Skinny Butcher vegan chicken up at Costco after trying a sample of it. It is very good. So crispy—it has the perfect texture for fried chicken. It being called ‘Crazy Crispy Chick’n Breasts’ is absolutely on point. Taste is good standalone. We’ve been having it with salads. You can cook it in the oven, but we’ve been cooking it in an air fryer and it’s been great. It’s just so good. It’s the type of good you know isn’t exactly healthy. But…what did you expect out of fried chicken, even a vegan type?

Anyway, absolutely recommend it as a vegan fried chicken option.
