The Autumn Glory aesthetically is a typical apple. Nothing exciting there…
The flavor, though….
The flavor has a punch of tangy sweet in the beginning. It fades a way for a few moments then finishes with a tart-tangy-ish note that lingers in your mouth. It really lingers. That’s what makes this apple special.
Asides from that, the skin is quite waxy and has a bitter edge to it. The flesh is crunchy and juicy.

The only issue with them was that they didn’t seem to keep that long—they bruised easily and got sort of mushy. I’m not sure if that’s because the ones I had were on the older side, but something to be aware of.
Regardless, the Autumn Glory apples are pretty glorious (heh) and I would recommend them. Tasty, crunchy, not super sweet—the Autumn Glory is a solid apple.
