This blueberry cheddar cheese is bruised with blue pockets of the titular fruit. Packed and scattered with blueberries.

I was expecting a flavor that matched the visual proportion of blueberry/cheese, but it did match my expectations. The blueberry flavor was very faint and was overwhelmed by the white-cheddar. In a few chunks of cheese where there was more of a berry presence did I get the flavor and it worked very well.

There was nothing overtly spectacular about the texture of this blueberry cheddar cheese either. Very typical of cheddar: slightly creamy and solid. Broke apart easier due to the blueberries, however.
