When I think of ginger, I think of a potent, sharp flavor that can accent other flavors or be the center piece. It is versatile, which is why it is used in so many different things. Including chocolate, in the case of the Dick Taylor Ginger Snaps.

Yet in the case of the Dick Taylor Ginger Snaps, the ginger is completely non-existent in taste. If you told me there was not any ginger in this bar, I would have believed it. I had trouble believing that there was any. It just tasted like a sub-par chocolate bar. There was nothing else exciting about it, or even ‘gingery’ about it.

The Dick Taylor Ginger Snaps was quite a disappointment. Do not recommend.
