This is an extremely intense 88% Cocoa Dark Chocolate bar from Endangered Species Chocolate. It’s bitter, tangy…and as it says on the front packaging…BOLD! It’s super powerful—too powerful at times. My desire for dark chocolate has been well satiated by this dark chocolate bar. I no longer desire any more dark chocolate for the foreseeable future. Take that as a recommendation or not.

Beyond the bold flavor, this Endangered Species Chocolate bar comes with information on the ‘animal’ on its branding (in this case, a Jaguar), and that 10% of their net profits go to wildlife foundations (“to save our wildlife”).
