I’ll cut my ‘Honeycrisp’ knock-off rant down to a minimum. It’s self-evident in the nameāthe EverCrisp is a child of the Honeycrisp. Let’s move on with our lives and discuss the qualities of the EverCrisp apple and not its lineage.

It’s crispy. Who knew!?

But it really is. The EverCrisp is tiny, crunch, sweet, and good. Like more than a few apples lately, you can’t go wrong with it. It’s bred to be eaten raw. And I want to eat it. I recommend it begrudgingly.
