The Michael Mischer Chocolates Toffee and Murray River Salt is a chocolate bar with, surprise, toffee and salt. The salt is clumped on the top of it and the toffee spread throughout the body of the chocolate. The consistency is soft and pliable. Succulent.

As for the flavor of this bar, it is quite salty. The toffee flavor didn’t really come through, but the salt sure did. It was this salt flavor that defined the bar, asides from the texture. It was very one-dimensional in that regard. It is a salty chocolate bar. That is about it. Not much else to say on it, it either fits your desires or it doesn’t.
