The Rockit apple is a miniature apple designed to be small and reasonably tasty. Its ‘parents’ are the Gala and the Splendour apple. I’ve never had a Splendour apple, but definitely have had Galas, and the Gala influence shines through in the flavor. The Rocket apple is basically a mini Gala.

It’s very compact, crunchy, and doesn’t taste bad, but the real selling point is the size. I recommend it for those looking for a tiny apple that tastes good.
