The Grenada Chocolate Company Nib-a-licious chocolate bar is 60% chocolate and dotted with “crispy cocoa nibs.” These nibs impart a purer cocoa flavor that dwarfs the chocolate they are embedded in. The body of the chocolate is not that strong, very forgettable, but that is not the main show of the bar. The nibs are, and they do a fine job of saving the bar from being completely boring. Saltiness also comes through the nibs, adding a nice ‘bite’ to the flavor.

Saved only by the inclusion of the nibs, the Grenada Chocolate Company Nib-a-licious is just barely above mediocre.
