Another Violife product! This time vegan feta. It’s not very feta-like at all, but it still tastes good. It comes as a solid block and it can kind of be chunked/shredded easily. It’s sort of firm but supple. Doesn’t have a strong flavor, but the unctuous texture/experience makes it really work. Definitely wouldn’t be a proper feta replacement in most cases, but it’s good as its own thing. I would get it again not as a vegan feta, just as a good vegan cheese-ish product.
